Job Description
Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) is hiring a Deputy General Manager (Procurement) to lead and enhance its procurement operations. This role is ideal for experienced procurement professionals who can develop and implement effective procurement strategies while ensuring compliance with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and other relevant regulations.
PMDC is looking for an experienced and results-driven Deputy General Manager (Procurement) to join our team on an open contract basis. The selected candidate will receive a market-competitive salary package.

The Deputy General Manager (Procurement) will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing procurement operations at PMDC. Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics (minimum 16 years of education).
- Experience: At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in procurement, including 3-5 years as a Procurement Manager in a B2B environment. Strong knowledge of PPRA rules and procurement regulations is essential.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years.

- Develop and implement PMDC’s procurement strategy to support business objectives.
