- Visit panel and non-panel hospitals on instructions from the In-Charge Up-Country Medical Centre to verify patient identity, treatment adequacy, and hospital facilities.
- Communicate with treating doctors regarding diagnoses, investigations, treatment plans, and discharge recommendations for admitted patients.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports detailing case visits, findings, and outcomes to the In-Charge Up-Country Medical Centre.
- Respond promptly to urgent calls for specific visits or investigations as directed by the CMO or In-Charge Up-Country Medical Centre.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
