Responsibilities

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our clients’ spaces. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and managing a team of cleaners. You’ll ensure they have the skills and support they need to perform at their best.
  • Daily Supervision: Overseeing the day-to-day activities of cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting sites and facilities to ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Recommending or arranging for additional services, such as repairs, renovations, or replacements of furniture and equipment when needed.
  • Hands-On Support: Rolling up your sleeves to assist cleaners with their duties when required.
  • Work Scheduling: Establishing clear, organized work schedules to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on time.
