Key Responsibilities:
As the CFO, you will:
- Lead LESCO’s financial planning, strategy, and audit activities while ensuring the maintenance of accurate financial records.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy to achieve growth and long-term profitability.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific financial regulations and SROs in alignment with ministerial policies.
- Oversee the implementation of ERP systems and financial automation.
- Provide financial reporting and analysis, presenting clear and actionable KPIs to the Board and management.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including regulators, ministries, and other relevant authorities.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and professionalism within the finance department.
- Represent LESCO in forums and external meetings, showcasing strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Membership of a recognized body of professional accountants (e.g., ICAP, ACCA).
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Government Departments, Semi-Government Organizations, Corporations, Autonomous Bodies, large Commercial Organizations, or Public Limited Companies of repute.
