State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is hiring dynamic, results-oriented professionals for Manager positions in its different departments. Positions Details

We are seeking candidates for the following Karachi-based positions:

1. Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • 4-year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • OR Membership in a recognized accounting body (ICAP, ICMAP, ACCA).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the insurance or family Takaful sector.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Takaful principles, Company Act 2017, Insurance Ordinance 2000, and Takaful Rules 2012.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Knowledge of MS Office is essential, and experience with Oracle or SAP is preferred.

2. Manager (Policy Holder Services/Customer Services)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Family Takaful policyholder services operations, including underwriting and claims processing.
  • Ensure customer service excellence by promptly addressing customer requests and complaints.
  • Oversee legal and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Manage Family Takaful operational management systems and coordinate with IT for system improvements.
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance customer service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BBA or equivalent) in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution (16 years of education).
  • Experience: 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in customer service or claims management, preferably in the Takaful sector.

    • Hands-on knowledge of Family Takaful operations and systems.
    • Proficiency in regulatory and legal compliance.
    • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

3. Manager (Business Development – Banca Takaful)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive the growth of Takaful products through partner banks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and key stakeholders.
  • Train and coach bank personnel on Takaful products to enhance sales performance.
  • Organize customer-focused events and promotional campaigns in collaboration with partner banks.
  • Set and achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Master’s degree (MBA, M.Com, MSc, or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university (18 years of education).
  • Experience: 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Takaful or financial sector.
