Your Responsibilities:

As a Farm Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your key duties will include:

  • Cultivating crops using vertical farming systems.
  • Overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of greenhouses.
  • Keeping detailed financial and production records.
  • Negotiating service provisions with clients.
  • Providing essential agricultural services like plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
  • Supervising and coordinating the work of general farm workers and laborers.
  • Ensuring adherence to farm safety and bio-security procedures.
  • Managing quality control and production records.
  • Supervising growing and other crop-related operations.
  • Hiring and training new staff members.
  • Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.
  • Performing general farm duties as needed.

  • Transportation: Own transportation is required.
