  • Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all alcohol service laws, including verifying IDs and monitoring guest alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.
  • Payment Handling: Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Follow strict health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock control, including restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Attendant or in a similar role within a hotel, bar, or restaurant.
  • LCQ Certificate (preferred).
  • Experience in cocktail preparation and barista skills (preferred).
  • Manager Licence (preferred).
  • Restaurant floor experience (a bonus).
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
