Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Adviser, you’ll be the face of Sam’s Auto Shop, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth and professional. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing detailed information about our services.
  • Explaining service types, pricing, and billing processes.
  • Issuing receipts, and invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handling customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints with a solutions-driven approach.
  • Managing office supplies and maintaining an organized inventory system.
  • Performing general administrative duties, including maintaining office systems.
  • Processing payments and ensuring transactions are seamless.

Qualifications for Customer Service Adviser job
